有明显将来时间状语为什么还用一般现在时

答案是 am free，我想写 will be free。

时间状语从句和条件状语从句中的谓语常用一般现在是表将来。如：

I'll discuss this with you when we meet next time. 我们下次见面时再商量这事。

I’ll give her the present when she comes next week. 她下周来时我会把礼物交给她。

If you help me this afternoon, I'll finish the work ahead of time. 如果你下午帮我，我会提前完成这项工作。
