这个should叫作推定式should（putative should）。是动词原型式虚拟语气的替代形式。suggest做建议讲的时候，其后的that从句要用动词原型作谓语。后来又出现了should do这种形式替代动词原型。二者都是虚拟语气，表示从句描述的未必是事实。if真实条件句在最早的时候也是要用动词原型的，后来又出现了should do的形式，都是表示将来可能实现的条件（也可能实现不了--未必是事实）。现在动词原型已经基本不用，只存在于法律英语中。但比较正式的书面语还会用should do这种形式。日常英语的真实条件句已经完全用陈述语气了。这个句子也可以用陈述语气来表达，意思是一样的只不过没有那么正式了。If you feel worse，。。。
