同位语和定语从句区别

这题选B。 我想请问为什么不能选A，revision后接同位语从句，修改的内容就是the start of war began on Spet 18为什么不可以？

这段话来自中国日报吗？...the start of the war began on...名词start作主语，再用动词began作谓语？作者的逻辑很有问题。在忽略该逻辑错误的前提下，选A还是B取决于这次修改的内容。如果这次教材关于抗日战争长度的修改仅仅是把战争的起始时间改为某日期，再没有其它改动，则应选A，one为名词替代词，替代a revision.再由that引导同位语从句说明revision的具体内容。如果教材关于抗战长度的修订不止起始时间这一点，还有其它方面，则应选B，one仍替代a revision, where引导定语从句。意思是抗战起始时间的变动属于修改的内容之一。句子逗号以后部分属于右偏置结构，对句中某名词的内容作进一步补充说明。
选B项，这个句子读起来感觉还是有些别扭。我个人倾向于选A。
考虑到start...began这样的错误，这段英文作者的水平不敢恭维。

(1)同位语从句语法功能是对前面“抽象名词”加以具体补充说明，使其内容更加具体化。
(2)定语从句语法功能是对前面“名词/代词”加以修饰/限制，使其区别其他名词/代词.
one where =one in which (在修改内容里面，侵略战争是在1931年9月18日开始的）（关系代词which指代前面的名词revision,one 又是前面名词revision的同位语）
