The house，which Mom and Dad can live in, is nice and quiet. (better)

第一句应该是有问题的，这句话要表达的意思应该是“我认为英语答疑网很好”，不过这样写出来的主语就变成了my impression，意为“我的印象”很好。

第二句我不觉得有什么问题

   My impression of the English Q&A website is very fantastic.

2. It's a nice and quiet house where Mom and Dad can live. 是正确的。
