牛津英语用法指南--第三版 p25：一般不把副词放在动词与宾语之间。所以如果将 well 看成副词的话，不符合语法规则。将 well 看成形容词的话，意思又不对。谢谢两位老师。

take good care of ... = look after ... well。例如：

1. Parents musttake good care of their children. = Parents must look after their children well. 父母必须好好照看自己的孩子。

2. Teachers must take good care of their students. = Teachers must look after their students well. 教师必须好好照看学生。

【说明】good 是形容词，作定语修饰名词 care；well 是副词，做状语修饰动词短语look after。如果把 well 作形容词，意思是“健康的”，所以 take well care of 是错误的。
