with regards to 侧重 关系，就是联系，regard就是connection. in terms of，侧重从哪个方面讲，就是aspect.所以文中接着前面继续谈，只是从某个角度，和关系无关。

fancy = want to do 或 want sth,实际用法中用惯用法fancy doing ，这是习惯，就像汉语，打扫卫生，为何比打扫垃圾，更常用。
