我在“有道”上查了一下，陈老师下面的这个句子大概率不是来自词典，而是从“有道”上面复制的，有个细节很能说明问题，有道上面的这个句子在 accident 后面的逗号前多了一个空格（其实逗号前面的空格本来应该是放在逗号后面的）：
