不可以。两者意思不一样。None of them is good意思是他们都不好（没一个好）。Not any of them is good意思是说，他们之中，并不是任何一个都好（有些好，有些不好）

要注意，这两个句子中的more意思并不相同。前一个句子中，more是更多的，也就是说比前面的four 更多，two more 就是多两个。在后一句中，more的意思是 additional另外的，所以two more是另外两个
