as看做比较状语从句还是看做非限制性定语从句
夸克叫它，形容词增补分句，但它本身又带一个比较分句（Comparative clause:As it can be.）做第1个as的补足语。huddleston叫它，补充语（Supplement.），本身包含一个比较结构（Comparative construction.）。其实这都是次要的，能看懂就行了，明白后半部分的核心是phony，其他都是对他进行修饰的。
