1. 对。2. 还有比如插入语在that 前面，you know 等。还可能有其他情形，只有我看到了才能想到。3. 换成which 句意没变化。4. that应该修饰Mount Woody， 如果修饰bridge， that 前不用逗号。

状语和后置定语
这种结构只能理解为定语。如果是状语，需要换位置，This book is desirable in the reading room. 在特定语境下是成立的。状语在主谓之间很常见，如I often go there. often 状语。但地点状语一般不这样用。
