be finished还是have finished

I didn’t phone till four o’clock in the hope that you’d be finished. 句子中的you’d be finished 是不是打错了？be finished 应该改为 have finished，对不对？

be finished 当主语是表人的名词或代词时，finished 常常具有主动意义，在这个结构中，主语并不是受动者，而是施动者。be finished 表示动作的结果或状态。例如：

At last I was finished on time. 我终于按时干完了。

I’ll be finished by six. 我六点钟之前干完。

We are not finished; quite a little is left to do. 我们还没有干完，还有不少的工作要做。

类似的用法还有 be done (with) 等。如：

Are you done with the newspaper? 你读完那份报纸了吗？

I wish to be done with my task. 我希望把我的工作干完。

I am done with writing him letters asking him to pay his pill. 我已经写过信向他讨账。
