own可以连用名词所有格吗

own 通常与形容词性物主代词连用。如：

I’d love to have my own room. 我喜欢有一个自己的房间。

She can’t even write her own name. 她连自己的名字都不会写。

You are old enough to earn your own living. 你已经到能自食其力的年龄了。

由于形容词性物主代词在本质上与所有格相似，请问 own 可以与名词所有格连用吗？

作代词或者形容词用的own 前面通常必须与形容词性物主代词或者名词所有格连用。在形容词性物主代词或者名词所有格和 own 之间也可以用 very ，例如： It was my mother's very own engagement ring . 这正是我母亲自己的订婚戒指。（摘自席玉虎主编的《英语常用词用法详解大词典》第2203页）own前面用形容词性物主代词的例句很容易找到，这里就不举例了。
