一般认为：all that 与 what 可以换用。如：

All that I have is yours. 我拥有的一切都是你的。

= What I have is yours. 我拥有的一切都是你的。

但是下面这句谚语呢？all that 可以换成 What 吗？

All that glitters is not gold. 闪光的并非都是金子。

=(?) What glitters is not gold. 

当然作为谚语，我们不能随便去改变它，我的意思是说，如果仅从意义上看，可以作这种改动吗？谢谢！
