第一：像这样的固定搭配或非固定搭配还有哪些？我指的是 at 像这样表示“在……期间”的用法。
第二：表示“在青春期期间”也有用 during puberty 的。如：

【at表时间的基本用法——后跟时间点】
我们都知道，at 在表示时间的时候，一般总是在侧重于某个“时间点”，但我们往往忽略的了其表示“点”的根本原因 -----聚焦功能，这种聚焦功能往往又体现出了强烈的“相对性”，而这种相对性又往往体现在两个方面： 一是强调谓语涉及的时间的特定性，即某个动作发生或状态存在于某个特定时间，而不是发生或存在于其他别的任何时间； 二是该特定时间所相对的谓语动作或状态往往具有“较为单一性特征”。
例如：I often get up at six. 我经常6点钟起床。（一方面我是在6点而不是在其他任何时候；另一方面相对于6点这个特定时间的谓语动作就一个，比较单一，即起床。）
【at 表时间的特殊用法——后跟时间段】
实际上at 后跟时间段远远没有其后跟时间点常见。去年我回答过一个问题http://ask.yygrammar.com/q-4308.html 于此有关，请参考。其实无论指时间点还是时间段，其本质原因是一样的，即都是源于其聚焦功能及其所体现的相对性。
at Christmas / Ester/ New Year 其在句中往往所表达的含义是，在某个特定的时间段的与其相关的特定的较为单一性的活动。（这些传统节日由来已久，原本都涉及一些颇具特色的庆祝活动。）
回到您的问题上来。咱们都知道，青春期最独特的生理特点就是性及生育功能的成熟，所以当我们要强调这一人生的特定成长阶段并涉及该阶段独有的生理特征时，往往用at, 否则就可以使用during, 仅仅做客观的简单陈述。
