我的感觉好像是在两个否定的谓语后面才用 either 来表示“也不”。如：

She can’t explain it and I can’t either. 她不能解释，我也不能解释。

I don’t like the red shirt and I don’t like the green one either. 我不喜欢这件红衬衫，也不喜欢这件绿衬衫。

但是，假若是两个否定的主语呢？比如这样的句子：

Not every student has the money and not every teacher has the money, ______.

填什么？可以填 either 吗？
