used to（过去常常）可以与过去时间状语连用吗

used to 的意思是“过去常常”，它本身就表达过去，请问它还可以与过去时间状语连用吗？比如 three years ago, last year, once upon a time 等。

若语义需要，used to（过去常常）是可以与过去时间状语连用的。如：
