(1) 地点介词

地点介词指表示事物之间空间关系和方式的介词。常用的有：

in 在……里面               on 在……表面上               under 在……正下面

over 在……正上方       beside 在……旁边           near 在……附近

below 在……下面        above 在……上方             behind 在……后面

in front of 在……前面  between 在……之间          on the left of 在……左面

at 在……                      on the right of 在……右面  in the middle of 在……中间

round 在……周围        around 在……周围             outside 在……外面

inside 在……里面       onto 到……上去                  off 离开……

(2) 时间介词

时间介词指表示时间的介词。常用的有：

in 在……后（时间段）    at 在……时（时间点）   on 在……时（某天）

before 在……之前           after 在……之后               during 在……期间

since 自从……                 until 直到……                    by 到…… 

for 长达（时间段）          shortly after 在……后不久

(3) 手段介词

手段介词主要指表示做某件事的方法和手段的介词。常用的有：

in 用……                          by 借助……                        with 用…… 

through 通过……

(4) 方位介词

方位介词主要指物体与物体所处的相对位置的介词。常用的有：

beyond 在……那一边   over 在……远处                  past 超过

up 在高处                       across 在……对面              opposite 在……对面

(5) 方向介词

方向介词主要指人或物体运动的方向的介词。常用的有：

to 到……；向……            at 朝，向……（指动作的方向） from 从……

into 进入……                     out of 从……出来                          along 沿着

by 沿着，经过，经由（运动方向）         (a)round环绕，围绕
