To boot up a computer is to load an operating system into the computer’s main memory. 引导计算机就是指将操作系统加载计算机主存储器。

但对于 To do sth is to do sth 这类句式，我仍然觉得用作表语的不定式不能换成动名词。当然这只是个人看法，不一定对！若可以的话，希望各位朋友提供 To do sth is doing sth 的相关例句，大家一起研究。谢谢！
