▲按照语法，原则上应说 find it hard to do sth. 不说 find it hard doing sth. 这与形容词 hard 有关，因为我们一般不说 It is hard doing sth. 而应该说 It is hard to do sth.

如果把 hard 换为 no use，那么，主语就使用 doing sth.，因为该词的句型是：It is no use doing sth. 当作了 find 的宾语时，同样使用动名词形式，包括 think 也是如此。例如：

I found it no use arguing with him. 我发现和他辩论没用。

He thought it no use trying to convince them.他认为，想说服他们没有用。

I think it no use telling them about it. 我认为把这事告诉他们没有什么用处。

▲然而，类似 hard 的形容词，一般都用动词不定式作 find 的宾语。例如：

I find it difficult to made myself understood.我发现很难清楚地表达我的想法。
