在疑问句、否定句、否定疑问句、附加问句中，都有两种变化形式：

陈述句：There used to be a temple near their school.

1. 疑问句：

Did there use to be a temple near their school?

Used there to be a temple near their school?

2. 否定句：

There didn’t use to be a temple near their school.

There usedn’t to be a temple near their school.

3. 否定疑问句：

Didn’t there use to be a temple near their school?

Usedn’t there to be a temple near their school?

4. 附加问句，也有两种形式：

There used to be a temple near their school, didn’t there?

There used to be a temple near their school, usedn’t there?
