front-loading这里是动名词，和前面的lolling相对应的。that 指属于我自己的那段时间，它是修饰“me” time的。你不要看到that就以为是从句。后半句的大概意思是说早上醒来后，这儿躺一躺，那儿坐一坐，在做正事之前先把本属自己的时间先利用上。
