1. heart condition 的意思是“心脏病”，condition 可以表示“疾病”“健康问题”（尤其指因不可治愈而长期患有的疾病）。如：
He suffers from a serious heart condition. 他患有严重的心脏病。
He was born with a serious heart condition. 他患有严重的先天性心脏病。
hereditary/genetic conditions 遗传病
The condition is often fatal. 这种病常常是致命的。
