这个句子对吗？把 so that 引导的从句放在主句之前感觉怪怪的。

你的句子没有问题：

正：So that we may win, we’ll have to train really hard. 为了能赢，我们必须努力训练。

so that引导目的状语从句时可以放在主句之前。又如：

So that I shouldn’t forget it, I made a knot in my handkerchief. 为了免得忘记，我将手帕打了一个结。

So that her roommate could study, she turned off the record player. 为了她的室友能够看书，她把唱机关掉了。

但是，若so that引导的是结果状语从句，则不可以放在主句之前（只能放在主句之后，且有时前面可以有逗号）。如：

Put the ball carefully on the tabic, so that it won’t roll off. 小心地把球放在桌子上，别让它滾下来。

The river silted up long ago, so that no boats can sail up it. 这河好久前就被淤泥堵塞了，以致于无法行船。

The contract is prepared in duplicate, so that both parties can sign it. 这份合同一式两份，这样双方都可以签署。
