我发现一篇短文中的用词不当，我认为应该将原文中的special trained dog改为specially trained dog.

不知我的看法是否正确，具体如下：

I can’t use my arms or legs well, so normal things like answering the telephone, opening and closing doors, or carrying things are difficult for me. Then one day last year, a friend of mine helped me out. She talked to Animal Helpers about getting me a special trained dog. She also thought a dog might cheer me up. My dogs name is Lucky--a good name for him because I feel very lucky to have him. You see, I’m only able to have a “dog helper” because of your kindness! Lucky is very clever and understands many English words. He can understand me when I give him orders. For example, I say, “Lucky! Get my book,” and he does it at once.

根据文章内容，我认为文中的special应该改为副词形式specially来修饰trained，表示经过特别、特殊训练的狗.

应该理解为a dog which specially trained for sb.

这也不能算错，special修饰trained dog. trained dog是个整体。如果你用specially也是正确的。

a special trained dog 和 a specially trained dog 都可以，但意思不同：

a special trained dog：其中的 special 是形容词，修饰trained dog，即 a special trained dog 的意思是“一条特别的经过训练的狗”；

a specially trained dog：其中的 specially 是副词，修饰trained，即 a special trained dog 的意思是“一条经过特别训练的狗”。
