It was not until...that 强调句（not 可以放到 that 后面的句子吗）

He did not start to read until he was ten.

It was not until he was ten that he started to read.

not本不在until的从句里，为什么变成强调句时，强调部分是it was not until...,

而不是it was until he was ten that he did not start to read.?

网友的句子属于“一般否定”，只能用 it was not until...that...

如果不是一般否定，则可以将否定词保留在that后面。
