it与they用法区别的一个难点（表示某公司有多少专家）

在通常情况下，it 与 they 的区别是很明显的，也很简单：it 表单数，they 表复数。但下面这句就不简单了，也不明显：

In this new company it has more than 30 world experts from different countries.

In this new company they have more than 30 world experts from different countries.

哪句对？还是两句都对？若两都对，那有何区别？谢谢专家老师！

▲两句都对。company 可用作集合名词，若视为整体，它可以被用作单数（连用单数谓语动词和单数代词）；若考虑其个体，它可以被用作复数（连用复数谓语动词和复数代词）。

At the International School it has pupils of 46 different nationalities. 这所国际学校有来自46个不同民族的学生。

At the International School they have pupils of 46 different nationalities. 这所国际学校有来自46个不同民族的学生。

In this new company there are more than 30 world experts from different countries.

或者：

This new company has more than 30 world experts from different countries.
