这句的主干应该是that majorgeographic feature are meccas for bird-watchers ：那些主要的地理特征是观鸟者们的热门圣地。

但“reflects the fact.”这个成分，它的主语又是谁。整个句子结构我是有疑问的? 难道是that引导的名词从句做主语（that...bird-watcher）,名词性从句做一个大名词，也就是主语，谓语是reflects,宾语是fact.

到底句子的结构是怎么样的，句子主干到底是哪个？
