1 这是独立主格结构。既然being可以省略，就说明 not least是强调among介词短语的。否则就不会省略being了。

2 你把题句抄错了。应该是 its alliance with the public playhouses established。单独的一个过去分词这么能是独立主格结构呢？整个 its alliance with the public playhouses established是独立主格结构作伴随状语。
