请教老师，在这里为什么用 teeth而非tooth，tooth不可用于否定句吗？

tooth 是可数名词。“没有牙齿”可以说 have no tooth , have no teeth, do not have a tooth, do have (any) teeth 等，但是不能说 do not have tooth。（ be toothless 中的 toothless是形容词，意思是“没有牙齿的”）
