答：加上也 one 也可以，但以省略为简洁。句中的 of 表示范围，of all operas in China 的意思是“在中国所有的剧种中”。句子意思是：在中国所有剧种中，京剧最有影响力，也最有代表性，它不仅在中国而且在整个世界都广受欢迎。
顺便说一下，不要把本句中的representative of（of 表示范围）与用于固定搭配的 (be) representative of 相混淆，后者的意思是“（足以）代表”“是……的代表”“典型地反映”等。如：
