help with 后面跟动名词的用法

老师您好！help with 后面一般给名词或代词，但以上help with 后面跟了动名词，难道还有这种用法吗?

这是help的名词用法（见朗文词典截图）：

本句中help是名词，作need的宾语。

此句中的help应为名词，作need的宾语。《柯林斯COBUILD英语语法句型 2：名词与形容词 by John Sinclair》 P229有:help (noun) with finding emplyment.

help with 后面最好接名词或代词作宾语，但我也看到过help with 后面跟动名词的用法。

【1】如果“help”为情态动词用法，后面“help”为动词用法。
