have no idea 后面跟的特殊疑问词加不定式作什么成分

牛津字典里面有这样一句话

He hasn’t the faintest idea how to manage people.

他根本不懂得人事管理。

have no idea 与not have the faintest, first, etc. idea可以替换

我认为这句话应该可以改成

He has no idea how to manage people.

他根本不懂得人事管理。

那么这里的how to manage people作什么成分呢，是同位语吗，我知道在现代语法中不定式可以作同位语，不叫作定语，那么加了特殊疑问词呢

这里的how to manage people 是“疑问词+动词不定式（短语）”结构，作同位语。
