类似例句在语料库有很多，这说明实际上这种现象是存在的，是被人们使用的。通常这种情况出现在非正式语体中，且主句谓语动词多为引述动词。

所以我认为，你的第一个句子是可以被接受的。宾语从句没有用过去完成时而用一般过去时，反映了说话人认可引语的真实性。

第二句原则上应该用过去完成时，因为这里不牵涉说话人的态度问题。
