2 as的有关词性分析

向尊敬的曹老师请教！！

1. The food, such as it is, is plentiful. 食物不是很好，但量很多.

2. You may use my bike, such as it is. 尽管我的自行车不好，你可以将就着用吧。

问题：1句和2句的such是啥词性呢？我感觉不是代词而是形容词，as引导的比较分句修饰such这个形容词。

3.For real beauty is as much an affair of the inner as the outer self.

问题：这句话的主语和主句的比较项是啥啊？这个句式是倒装吗？

such as it is 为习语，《韦氏高阶》对此的释义和例句如下：such as it is

— used to say that something is not very good in quality or condition.

The meal, such as it was, was served quickly. [=the meal, which was not very good, was served quickly]

对于习语就不要费心作无谓的分析，分析是没有意义的，因为你不能随意改动。

For real beauty is as much an affair of the inner as (it is) (an affair of) the outer self. 因为真正的美不仅是外在的，也是内在的。for在此是并列连词，用在句首表示本句和前一句话语义上是因果关系。句子主语为real beauty，主句的比较项为as much。
