1）一般说(videos) on the screens，这里表示动态，所以用onto：(videos) streaming onto the screens。

就像on the ground，表示动态的时候说，fall onto the ground。

2）and并列，其后承前省略expect，相当于and expect for audiences to shrug and turn to ...。一般应该用expect somebody to do something，这里可能是因为与前面距离较远，用for引出不定式的逻辑主语（不推荐这么用）。

3）and这里更多的是转折意味，类似于but，shrug表示“耸耸肩（拒绝、不屑一顾）”。大概句意就是：预计科技越来越发达（比如屏幕越来越大，像素越来越高），但人们不屑一顾，还是选择像素不高的小屏幕。expect可能是I expect的省略形式。
