看到语法书上说，It’s the first time…后面的从句要用现在完成时，但这里为什么没有用现在完成时呢？

你的怀疑是有道理的。这个句子虽然 it’s the first time 后面用现在进行时不能算错，但至少改为现在完成时更合适。
