这里的as后面都是定语吗

A thousand dollars is nothing to somebody as rich as he is.

这句话从as开始是定语从句嘛?还有he后面为什么要接is?不接不是意思也一样嘛?

句中的 as rich as he is 是定语，但不是定语从句。

句末的 is 可以省略，而且，如果省略的话，he 也可以换成 him。

这个 as rich as he is 可以转换为定语从句：

A thousand dollars is nothing to somebody who is as rich as he (is).

A thousand dollars is nothing to somebody who is as rich as him.
