这里的 practise意思是 carry out or perform (a particular activity, method, or custom)habitually or regularly经常做，实践；遵循；养成…的习惯，结合句子，指的是鸟飞行养成的习惯，方式，就是飞行方式，习惯。flight没有有飞行方式这种意思，倒是 sort有“方式”： a manner or way方式或方法，No two sorts of birds practise quite the same sort of flight的意思大体上用英文解释（paraphrase）就是：

Every bird makes its way independently in flight,每一种鸟按自己的方式飞行。
