这道题应该选什么？很多答案是C，为什么不能选B？

我搜了一下，这个题百度上有不少（估计都是互相抄袭的)，答案基本都是C now that, 但我认为B unless 更准确。虽然选now that 也符合语法，但根据本句语境，如果用now that，后面的is reformed 是被动语态表示动态，用has been reformed才更自然。所以，用unless更natural.
