What he enjoys is...后面接动词用什么形式

看了前面一个问题：

我有了一个新的问题，如果前面的动词不是do，而是enjoy呢？

由于 enjoy 后面只能接动名词作宾语，是不是 What he enjoys is...后面接的动词也只能用动名词啊？比如：

What he enjoys is playing computer games.

可以用不定式吗？比如：

What he enjoys is (to) play computer games.

最好有依据啊,谢谢!

正如所理解的那样，假拟分裂句是一种强调形式，你的句子就是对enjoys的宾语进行强调。普通的非强调的句子就是 He enjoys playing computer games. 所以这个句子只能用动名词，不能用不定式。这么显而易见的结构，还需要什么依据呢？

【1】The machine needs repairing.

备注：强调以上句子谓语动词needs的宾语内容(repairing)就是下面句子

What the machine needs is repairing.

【2】They need more time.

【对应宾语提问：What do they need：改为陈述语序名词性从句What they need】

备注：强调以上句子谓语动词need的宾语内容(more time)就是下面句子

What they need is more time.

【3】The pupils elected him monitor of the class

(1)对以上黑体部分提问：What did the pupils do?

(2)变为陈述语序名词性从句：What the pupils did

(3)对以上what从句谓语动词did宾语强调，即对what强调就是下面句子：

What the pupils did was (to) elect him monitor of the class.

在回到网友给出英语句子

He enjoys playing computer games.

【对应宾语提问：What does he enjoy：改为陈述语序名词性从句What he enjoys】

备注：对以上句子谓语动词enjoys宾语内容(playing computer games)进行强调就是下面句子

What he enjoys is playing computer games.

所以总结：用曹老师话说，就是根本不需要用权威理论观点去证明以上要用动名词作表语。
