much是代词还是副词

2 如果把knew看作不及物动词knew about the Solar System，那much应该是程度副词修饰knew？

3 但是有一个问题，as…as结构中，第一个as是副词，那是不是代表as…as结构中不能使用代词，因为副词不能修饰代词？

many，much，few，little这四个词，无论是作为代词、限定词还是副词，都是可以被程度副词修饰的，也可以用于比较结构。你的句子中as much为代词作knew的宾语。
