2 关于主将从现的句意问题

看张满胜语法书发现一个问题不理解：

I'll speak to him when he arrives.他来了以后我会和他谈谈。

I'll go when I have my dinner. 我吃着饭就出去了。

这两个从句，为什么第一句就表示来了以后（arrive这个动作发生之后），第二句就表示吃着饭同时去做某事（have这个动作一直持续）？

这两个句子值得仔细揣摩。第一句中的动词 arrive 突显目的地，也就是说到了目的地动作已经完成。例如
‘

’When the plane arrived， some of the detectives were waiting inside the main building while others were waiting on the airfield.（当飞机到达时，一些侦探等候在主楼内，另一些侦探则守候在停机坪上。）

所以when he arrives.他来了以后（arrive这个动作发生之后），我会和他谈谈（I'll speak to him ）他不来我怎么和他谈谈呢？

第二句中的have有持续的意味，可以用于进行时，如：

I was having dinner at a restaurant when Tony Steele came in.（我正在一家饭馆吃饭，托尼。斯蒂尔走了进来。）

所以I'll go（出去）在 when I have my dinne中。

备注(1)：when引导时间状语从句用一般现在时态表示将来，主句用一般将来时态，句子没有任何问题。

备注(2)：以上when相当于after ，when引导时间状语从句还可以用现在完成时态。

Call me when you've finished.你完成后就打电话给我。

I'll go when I have my dinner. 我吃着饭就出去了。(when I have my dinner=while I am having my dinner)

备注(1)：when引导时间状语从句用一般现在时态表示将来，主句用一般将来时态，句子没有任何问题。

备注(2) :when =at or during the time that 在…时候；当…时；在…期间

I loved history when I was at school.我上学时喜欢历史。
