这句可以改成下面这样的吗？

You make your own decision freely.

为什么?

be free to do sth 表示“随自己意愿做某事”“随心所欲做某事”

You are free to come and go as you please.你可以来去自由。

备注(1)：be free to do(能随自己意愿的；随心所欲的) : 英文解释“not under the control or in the power of sb else; able to do what you want ”

备注(2)：be free to do sth=can do sth freely=can do sth with great freedom

可以作网友理解的改写，但从语气上最好在第二句添加一个情态动词 can：

You are free to make your own decision.

You can make your own decision freely.
