4 not否定不定式时后面的反意疑问句如何构成

网友的句子要选 B，因为 not to go 属于短语层面的否定，而非句子层面的否定。句子层面的否定，后面才接肯定形式的反意疑问句。如：
He didn’t decide to go, did he?
Nobody decided to go, did they?
而对于短语层面的否定，后面接反意疑问句时要用否定式。如：
He likes you, not her, doesn’t he?
They want apples, not bananas, don’t they?
She is a teacher, not a student, isn’t she?

赞同陈根花老师的解答。我补充一下：网友提到有人认为也可以选A，这大概是受口语影响。如果使用did he? 这就不是反义疑问句了，仅是个反问而已。在口语中很常见，如：You speak English, do you? 有些外国人经常这样用，甚至成了有些人的口头语。相当于我们有些人的口头语，“是么？”“真的呀？”等含义。但在考试中，此题应该选B,因为反问的重心是“决定没决定?"

【1】He decided not to go, didn’t he?
【2】He didn’t decided to go, did he?
附加疑问句/反意疑问句，后面为肯定形式，前面必须是否定谓语动词。而不是否定非谓语动词。
【1】be not+其它
He isn't a student, is he?
They aren't in the room. are they?
【2】don't/doesn't/didn't+动词原形
They don't like the new teacher, do they?
Tom doesn't like English, does he?
They didn't come here yesterday, did they?
【3】否定情态动词can't+动词原形
Tom can't speak Chinese, can he?
备注：否定非谓语动词，后面仍然用否定形式,因为谓语动词仍然为肯定形式，后面反意疑问句必须以谓语动词时态保持一致。
Tom decided not to go there, didn't he?
备注：Tom didn't decide to go there, did he?（否定谓语动词，所以后面肯定 did he?）
