请问老师，registered是不是一个形容词？with its Web site的介词with如何理解？

registered 既可以按过去分词也可以按形容词理解，作 customers 的后置定语，因为有的词典确实已将 registered 收录为形容词。

with 这样用在商务英语里常见，很正式。open an account with a bank，在银行开户，也可以用 at；file a suit with a court，向法院起诉；register with a doctor，向医生登记。with 的这种用法可以见《牛津词典》的词条：
