这里的all washed down with coarse wine是独立结构作状语，但里面又有with coarse wine，这个部分怎么理解，也是作状语吗？状语套状语？

with 引导方式状语，两个或多个状语比邻很常见。举个小学英语都有的句子：He goes to school by bus every day. 这不就是三个状语么：地点+方式+时间。
