老师你好，我想请教您一下：这里的as引导的就是一个时间状语从句么？brings to mind life原本应该是brings life to mind，它这里把life后置了，那这里的as从句是否跟life有关呢？

1. life 因为后面有比较从句，比较长，所以后置到mind 后。如果bring的宾语仅为较短的名词或代词通常放在bring 和to mind 之间。请看the free dictionary 的解释：
2. 这个as从句，不是时间状语从句，应该是比较状语从句。 life as it was lived 3,000 to 4,000 years ago=life as the life was lived 3,000 to 4,000 years ago。所以这个as从句和life是紧密相关的。as 后的it也可以省略，但不如有it 更多见。请看外刊例句：
