3 过去分词作结果状语

The girl met an accident when crossing the road,wounded in the head.请问老师这句话是过去分词作结果状语吗？我认为wound作为使…受伤，是一个短暂性动作，所以它应该是发生在谓语动词之前的。所以这句话应该理解为因为伤到了头，所以她过马路时遇到了事故。但是很多解释都是她过马路时遇到了事故，所以伤到了头。请问为什么？如果可以这样用的话，那我说He didn't do anything all day, scolded by his mother.这句话应该理解为“他一天什么都不做，所以被母亲训斥”，还是“他被母亲训斥，所以一天什么都不做”?

理解为伴随状语较好。The girl met an accident when crossing the road,wounded in the head.相当于The girl met an accident when crossing the road and was wounded in the head.

He didn't do anything all day, scolded by his mother.相当于He didn't do anything all day and was scolded by his mother.

理解为结果状语也未尝不可，尤其是第二句。

这个女孩头部带着伤，当她过马路的时候，她遭遇了不测。

2. He didn't do anything all day, scolded by his mother.

由于被母亲训斥了，他一整天没做事。
