Don't judge a book by its cover  

    We live in a complex world. In the world, there are good things and terrible things. Let's see some contrary groups, beautiful persons and ugly persons, noble person and humble person, the rich and the poor, warmhearted person and criminal person, honest person and tricky person. Just like every coin has two sides. Every thing also has its counterpart. Clearly distingushing them is an important skill for us.

    As a famous saying goes, don't judge a book by its cover. I really experienced a similar situation. One day, I was looking for a data in library in my university. The appropriate data had not been founded for a long time. Finally I difficultly found a book. What's worse,the book is really old. It's cover was old enough,too. What bothers me a lot was a mark on the page 2 said "Wrote down in 1928", but the thing waiting for me next is amazing.Oh! The content of the book is useful a lot! Since then,I haven't judged a book by its cover.

Beautiful person doesn't mean that she has a wonderful heart. Do not believe other people easily. Rational judgement is important in our life. For instance, when we are browsing all kinds of news online, we can never know the whole story well only by reading the oversimplified--sometimes even misleading -headlines.     Actually, we should not make a judgement on anything hastily until we've studied it completely.

    In my opinion, in order to make rational judgements, we'd better spend enough time and energy to understand a person or a thing before drawing any conclusion.
