comfortable + 不定式/现在分词的用法都是对的，而且很常见。两个差别很小，很多情况下可以互换。意思基本等同于feel comfortable when/if you do /are doing sth. 但如果指还没有发生的假设，用不定式更多见。你的句子就属于这种用法。
